SIL Rated Quick Exhaust Valves

Overview

The Gilmore Quick Exhaust Valve (QEV) for a HIPPS system is certified suitable for SIL 3 in a redundant system. This 3-way 2-position pilot operated valve is capable of high flow rates, 1000 on-demand cycles and a 30-year life without maintenance.

Nearly unparalleled in reliability, this valve is the heart of four distinct pilot operated valves for use in SIF’s that Gilmore is developing. 3 way-2 position pilot operated valves in normally open and closed configurations, and 2 way-2 position valves in normally open and closed configurations.
