Shuttle Valves
Gilmore is the technology leader in Hydraulic Shuttle Valves. The GEN2 Shuttle Valves improve subsea corrosion resistance and extend cycle life through new valve technologies.
Overview
Gilmore shuttle valves operate consistently and effectively despite extremely high systematic shock loads and water hammer pressure spikes while allowing a redundant supply source to act when needed.

GEN 2 Disc Shuttle
Stackable | Biased
The GEN2 Disc Shuttle valves are Gilmore’s compact resilient soft seal valves that are perfectly suited for providing redundancy in pilot circuits and actuation of larger components. The patented disc seal geometry has been extensively cycle tested at full MAWP (5000 psi) with 8 GPM flow.
- Sizes: ¼” & 3/8″
- Connection Types: NPT & SAE
- Pressure Range: Up to 5000 psi
- Styles: Spring Biased, Low and High interflow options
GEN 2 V-Seal Shuttle
Inline
The GEN2 V-Seal Shuttle Valve design exceeds offshore industry requirements while keeping our original shuttle valve footprint for quick drop-in replacements.
The increase in cycle life of the valve was proven through extreme testing to meet the demand of 5 years service under normal operating conditions.
- Sizes: ¾” & 1″
- Connection Types: NPT, SAE, & Code 62
- Pressure Ranges: 3000 psi and 5000 psi options
- Styles: Low and High interflow options
Mark IV Shuttle
Inline | Stackable | Biased
The Mark IV Shuttle Valve improves upon the metal-to-metal sealing Mark III Shuttle Valve, adding performance, serviceability and modularity improvements. The increase in cycle life of the valve was proven through extreme testing to meet the demand of 5 years’ service under normal operating conditions.
- Sizes: ½“, 1” & 1-½”
- Connection Types: NPT, SAE, & Code 62
- Pressure Range: Up to 6000 psi
- Styles: Low and High interflow options, Low and High drag options, Spring and Pressure Biased adapters, custom configurations available to fit your application.
